The public health system in NSW is undergoing a seismic shift from measuring health outcomes quantitatively to qualitatively, focusing on the patient experience of the process and their health outcomes. Limelight were tasked with creating an animation to clearly outline this complex shift. We drew upon key contact points in the health system and utilised simple, widely understood iconography to convey the messaging.
